Vibration grinding process of zinc alloy die casting

The main problem solved by vibration grinding technology is to clean the surface of die castings, which is suitable for surface polishing, chamfering, deburring, polishing and gloss polishing of zinc alloy die castings. Vibration grinding and polishing technology is divided into four processes: rough grinding, medium grinding, static grinding and ultra precision grinding.

Rough grinding: Die Castings processed by punch, lathe and die casting machine will have rough burrs, flash, mosquito marks, etc. In this case, it is necessary to carry out the surface treatment process of die casting. How long the processing time depends on the actual situation of die casting products.
